The Singlet Fission Workshop adopted the Discrimination and Harassment Policy that the University of Colorado has in place (https://www.colorado.edu/oiec/) and that addresses discrimination and harassment, including sexual harassment, other forms of harassment, and sexual assault.  It also includes processes for reporting complaints and addressing complaints.  This policy will apply at the workshop.  It can be found online here: https://www.colorado.edu/policies/discrimination-harassment-policy.
